Sire: PVF Gravity 16C     Dam: DF Godiva 8A

- 2nd in his bull calf split to the Junior Division Reserve Bull Calf Champion, Canadian Western Agribition 2017

- 2nd in his yearling bull split to the Reserve Junior Champion Bull, National Shorthorn Show Manitoba Ag Ex 2018

Bred by Dixon Farms in Vermilion, Ab, I purchased his dam in the fall of 2016.

I lost Hammer due to Lump Jaw late in 2019. We still retained in herd semen, and his daughters are the perfect size, very good milkers and mothers.

Sire: Hill Haven Bold 4x     Dam: EUC Jakes Lady 479Y

Purchased from Jordie Buba, Spruce Grove Ab in 2015.

A lot of birth weight was packed into this bull. One of his daughters was 110lbs at birth and consistently delivers 100-114lb calves with ease. His daughters are a moderate frame score and have fantastic udders.

Sire: JSF Wall Street 70E     Dam: Bell M Marion 12E

Purchased at the 2020 Who's Your Daddy Shorthorn Bull Sale from Bell M Shorthorns in Englefeld, SK.

His calves come easy and have good growth. We retained some in herd semen so we can still use him as a heifer bull. I had been doing a lot more AI'ing in his last few years, which turned him into more of a cleanup bull - I took that opportunity to share his genetics by leasing him to a small, local commercial operation. The cow base was a mix of Shorthorn, Charolais and some Saler genetics, and the first crop of calves were awesome - ideal birth weights, fast growing, and heavy weaning.

Sire: Bell M Fremont 16G    Dam: Birdtail BE Betsy 50H

-3rd in his bull calf split, Manitoba Ag Ex 2022

My first official home-raised bull - this guy oozed masculinity at a few months old. His long body and natural muscle expression was something I decided I needed to incorporate into our purebred and commercial herds. We have a mid April-born daughter in the replacement pen that weaned more than a few of our February calves, really looking forward to seeing her development as well as his 2025 calves.
